Refund & Return Policy
At Vijobs, we strive to deliver high-quality recruitment services, job posting solutions, and career-related offerings. This Refund & Return Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may or may not be issued. By using our Platform or purchasing any service, you agree to the terms described below.
1. No Physical Product Returns
Vijobs operates exclusively as a digital platform providing recruitment and job-related services.
Since we do not sell any physical products, returns of physical goods do not apply.
2. Service-Based Purchases
All purchases made through Vijobs—such as job posting packages, resume services, subscription plans, promotional listings, or consulting services—are considered digital services.
Because these services are delivered electronically and often begin processing immediately:
2.1. Non-Refundable Services
No refunds will be issued for:
- Job posting packages already published or activated
- Resume submission or profile promotion services
- Subscription fees after activation
- Employer access packages once login or usage begins
- Services partially or fully delivered
3. Eligibility for Refunds (Exceptional Cases Only)
Refunds may be considered only under the following exceptional conditions:
- Duplicate Payment: You were charged more than once for the same service.
- Payment Error: A technical issue caused an incorrect transaction.
- Service Failure: The purchased service was not delivered at all due to a verified technical issue on Vijobs’ side.
Refund eligibility will be determined solely by Vijobs after internal verification.
4. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, you must contact us within 3 days of the transaction.
Please include:
- Full Name
- Registered Email
- Payment ID / Transaction Reference
- Description of the issue
- Screenshots (if applicable)

5. Refund Method & Timeline
If your refund request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used.
- Processing time may take 7–10 business days, depending on banking and payment gateway policies.
6. No Refund for User Errors
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Incorrect service selection by the user
- Failure to read service descriptions
- Incomplete job postings due to user mistakes
- Changing your mind after purchase
7. Cancellation Policy
- Subscription services can be canceled at any time, but no refunds will be issued for the remaining subscription period.
- One-time service purchases cannot be canceled once processing begins.
8. Policy Updates
Vijobs reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Return Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
