Terms and Conditions – Vijobs

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Vijobs platform (“Platform”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with any additional guidelines, rules, or policies posted on the Platform.

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

User Accounts
Certain features of the Platform may require you to create an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities carried out under your account. You agree to notify Vijobs immediately in case of unauthorized access or misuse of your account.

User Content
You retain ownership of all content you upload or submit on the Platform, including resumes, job postings, and profile information (“User Content”). However, by submitting User Content, you grant Vijobs a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, perform, and display such content in connection with the Platform’s operation and services.

Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to engage in behavior that violates these Terms or applicable laws. Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to:

• Uploading or sharing content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or otherwise objectionable.
• Impersonating any person or entity or misrepresenting your affiliation.
• Posting unsolicited advertisements, spam, pyramid schemes, or promotional materials without permission.
• Interfering with or disrupting Platform operations, servers, or networks.

Intellectual Property
All original content, features, design elements, and functionality of the Platform are the exclusive property of Vijobs and are protected by intellectual property laws, including copyright, trademark, and trade secret regulations.

Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Vijobs makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform’s performance, availability, accuracy, or freedom from errors, viruses, or harmful components.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vijobs and its officers, employees, directors, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the Platform.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vijobs, its management, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform or your breach of these Terms.

Modification of Terms
Vijobs reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. In the event of a material change, Vijobs will provide at least 30 days’ notice before the updated Terms take effect. Vijobs retains the authority to determine what constitutes a material change.

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Andhra Pradesh, India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Platform will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Andhra Pradesh, India.
